Healthy Chickpea Brookies Snack
Ingredients
- 400g tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- A few drops vanilla stevia
- A dash of sea salt
- 40g dark chocolate, cut into small chunks
Preparation
Blitz the chickpeas, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla stevia, and sea salt in a food processor until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
Fold in the dark chocolate chunks and spread the mixture on baking paper on a baking tray. Add a bit more chocolate on top if desired.
Bake for 15 minutes and allow to cool before serving.

Chickpeas are the main ingredient, making this snack high in fiber and a good source of protein.
