Malaysian Mackerel Fish Curry
Ingredients
- Boiled mackerel tuna with salt and tamarind
- Galangal, about 2 inches
- Onion, 1 bulb
- Dried chilies, 3-5
- Turmeric, 2 inches
- Coriander seeds, 1 teaspoon
- Long beans
- Cucumber
- Bell pepper
- Coconut milk
- Salt
- Sugar
- Seasoning
Spice paste
- Galangal, about 2 inches
- Onion, 1 bulb
- Dried chilies, 3-5
- Turmeric, 2 inches
- Coriander seeds, 1 teaspoon
Preparation
Blend all ingredients marked with an asterisk
Put the blended mixture into a pot
Add coconut milk
Cook until almost boiling
Add fish and vegetables
Add salt, sugar, and seasoning
Let it boil until done
