Pulled Pork on Pretzel with Honee Mustard Slaw
Ingredients
- Pretzel buns
- Pulled pork (e.g., No Evil Foods Pit Boss or alternative)
Pulled pork seasoning
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
Honee mustard slaw
- 12 ounces organic coleslaw blend
- 1/3 cup Vegenaise
- 1 to 1.5 tablespoons Beefree Honee or other sweetener
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1.5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Honee mustard slaw
Roughly chop the slaw mix
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
Refrigerate until ready to use
Sandwich assembly
Cook the pulled pork with 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 tablespoon mustard, and 2 teaspoons maple syrup until heated through
Toast the pretzel buns
Assemble the sandwich by adding the pulled pork and honee mustard slaw to the toasted buns
