Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper
  • 10-15 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1/2-1 red onion
  • Parsley
  • Coriander
  • Lime juice
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Chop the bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and red onion

  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas

  3. Chop the parsley and coriander
