Salted Tuna in Coconut Milk
Ingredients
- 4 salted tuna fish
- 8 shallots
- 3 garlic cloves
- Red bird's eye chilies to taste
- Large red chilies to taste
- Large green chilies to taste
- 7 bilimbi fruit
- 1 galangal root
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 lemongrass stalks
- 60 ml thick coconut milk
- A little water
- Salt to taste
- Stock powder to taste
Preparation
Wash and fry the salted tuna fish until golden
Sauté the shallots, garlic, chilies, bay leaves, galangal, and lemongrass until fragrant
Add the fried tuna, thick coconut milk, and a little water then add salt and stock powder and stir well
Finally, add the bilimbi fruit, adjust the seasoning, and serve
