Turkish Onion Meze with Peppers

Ingredients

  • 3-4 large onions
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • Half bunch parsley
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sumac
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons pomegranate molasses

Preparation

  1. Slice the onions thinly in piyaz style.

  2. Finely chop the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and half bunch parsley.

  3. Add onions, peppers, parsley, and seasonings to a deep bowl and mix by hand.

  4. Transfer the prepared onion meze to a serving plate and serve.
