Double Chocolate Crispy Bars with Quinoa
Ingredients
- 9 Emmy's cocoa cookies
- 2/3 cup almond butter
- 2/3 cup puffed quinoa (or puffed rice)
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- chocolate for melting
Preparation
Mix together all ingredients except the chocolate.
Layer the mixture into a bread pan.
Top with melted chocolate.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Store in the refrigerator.
