Gingersnap Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup Arrowhead Mills coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 1/4 cup gingersnap cashew butter
Preparation
Stir together all of the ingredients.
Roll the mixture into small bites.
Coat the bites in extra coconut flour.
Store the bites in the fridge for best results.
