No-Bake Brookie Dough Bark

Ingredients

Cookie dough

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4-1/3 cup chocolate chips

Brownie dough

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup nut butter

Chocolate components

  • 2/3 cup chocolate chips for base
  • 1 cup chocolate chips for topping

Preparation

  1. In two separate bowls, combine the cookie dough and brownie dough ingredients.

  2. Place parchment paper over a sheet pan, melt 2/3 cup chocolate chips, and spread it on the sheet pan.

  3. Scoop the cookie and brownie doughs onto this chocolate layer, then melt the remaining 1 cup of chocolate chips and spread on top of the doughs.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, then break into pieces and enjoy.
