No-Bake Brookie Dough Bark
Ingredients
Cookie dough
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4-1/3 cup chocolate chips
Brownie dough
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup nut butter
Chocolate components
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips for base
- 1 cup chocolate chips for topping
Preparation
In two separate bowls, combine the cookie dough and brownie dough ingredients.
Place parchment paper over a sheet pan, melt 2/3 cup chocolate chips, and spread it on the sheet pan.
Scoop the cookie and brownie doughs onto this chocolate layer, then melt the remaining 1 cup of chocolate chips and spread on top of the doughs.
Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, then break into pieces and enjoy.
