Raspberry Mousse Choc Cups
Ingredients
- 75g Dark Chocolate
- 1/3 cup Coconut Yoghurt
- 1 tbs Raspberry Jam
- 1 tbs Unicorn Superfoods Antioxidant Blend
Preparation
Melt dark chocolate and pour into silicone muffin cases, bringing up the sides. Put in the fridge to set.
Make mousse by mixing together coconut yoghurt, jam, and Unicorn Superfoods Antioxidant Blend powder until smooth and creamy.
Pour the cream mixture into each cup.
Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the top of each cup.
Store in the fridge for 5-6 days.
