Vegan Golden Gaytime Slice
Ingredients
Base
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Protein Powder (@macr0mike Easter Egg)
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup Coconut Flour
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
Centre
- 1/3 cup Coconut Yoghurt
- 1/3 cup Powdered Peanut Butter (@macr0mike)
- 1 tbs Maple Syrup
- Rice Puffs and Buckinis to taste
Topping
- 50g Dark Chocolate
- 2 tbs Peanut Butter
Preparation
Add base ingredients to a bowl and stir until combined and a thick dough is formed.
Press into a lined tin and set aside.
Make the middle layer by mixing yoghurt, powdered peanut butter and maple together.
Pour over the top of the base. Cover with rice puffs and buckinis and any other mix ins. Press gently.
Melt dark chocolate and stir in peanut butter. Pour over the top of slice and put in the fridge to set before slicing.
Storage tips
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Can also be frozen and left in the fridge to soften before eating.
