Indian Chutney Poha Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 cups flattened rice (poha)
- Green chilies
- Ginger
- Fresh coriander
- Lime juice
- Ice cubes
- Salt
- Oil
- Cumin seeds
- Peanuts
- Onion
- Boiled sweet corn
- Pomegranate
- Besan sev
Preparation
Wash the poha thoroughly.
In a mixer jar, add green chilies, ginger, fresh coriander, lime juice, a few ice cubes, and salt, then blend until smooth to make the chutney.
In a pan, heat some oil, add cumin seeds and peanuts, and roast them until nicely browned.
Add chopped onion, boiled sweet corn, and a bit of salt, then cook until everything is well done.
Add the washed poha and mix everything well.
Add the prepared chutney, keep the flame on low, and mix thoroughly.
Serve garnished with pomegranate, fresh coriander, and besan sev.
