Quick Ramen Noodle Bowl
Ingredients
- Oceans Halo ramen noodles
- Stock
- Tender stem broccoli
- Radishes
- Spring onion
- Chilli
- Ground ginger
- Soy sauce
- A dash of Sriracha
- Half pack Squeaky Bean veg roast chicken style slices
Preparation
Cook the ramen noodles according to package directions.
Prepare the vegetables by slicing the tender stem broccoli, radishes, spring onion, and chilli.
In a pot, heat the stock with ground ginger, soy sauce, and a dash of sriracha until well combined.
Add the sliced vegetables and cook until tender.
Stir in the roast chicken style slices and heat through.
Serve the noodles in a bowl and pour the broth mixture over them.
