Quick Tuna and Vegetable Tacos
Ingredients
- 3 corn or flour tortillas
- 1 can of tuna
- Red or yellow bell pepper (optional)
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup mushrooms
- Goat cheese slices
- Arugula
- Lemon (for seasoning)
- Spices to taste
Preparation
Sauté the onion in a skillet until golden brown.
Add the mushrooms and bell peppers.
In a bowl, season the tuna with lemon and desired spices.
Heat the tortillas over a low flame or in a skillet.
Assemble the tacos and finally add the arugula and goat cheese.
