Quick Tuna and Vegetable Tacos

Ingredients

  • 3 corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 can of tuna
  • Red or yellow bell pepper (optional)
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • Goat cheese slices
  • Arugula
  • Lemon (for seasoning)
  • Spices to taste

Preparation

  1. Sauté the onion in a skillet until golden brown.

  2. Add the mushrooms and bell peppers.

  3. In a bowl, season the tuna with lemon and desired spices.

  4. Heat the tortillas over a low flame or in a skillet.

  5. Assemble the tacos and finally add the arugula and goat cheese.
