Rose Vanilla Almond Protein Oats

Ingredients

  • 50g @quakeroatsuk Jumbo Oats
  • 30g @awesomesupps Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
  • 5g @organicburst Maca Powder
  • 5ml Rose Water
  • 250ml @alpro Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 15g @pipandnut Crunchy Almond Butter
  • 10g @sweetfreedomuk Liquid Choc Shot
  • 5g @naturya Cacao Nibs
  • 50g Banana, sliced
  • 1 Medjool Date, sliced
  • 10g Blanched & Sliced Almonds
  • Dried Rose Petals

Preparation

  1. Heat the oats, protein powder, maca powder, rose water and almond milk in a pan for 3-4 minutes on a low heat.

  2. Top with all the other ingredients above.
