Blueberry Muffin Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 60g @momafoods Jumbo Porridge Oats
- 35g @awesomesupps Vanilla Vegan Protein
- 5g @naturya Chia Seeds
- 40g banana
- 5g @organicburst Maca Powder
- 120ml @alpro Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Fresh blueberries (if using frozen, add a little less milk as they will let off water)
Toppings
- 40g @nushfoods Blueberry Almond M.lk Yog
- 15g @pipandnut Blueberry Almond Butter
- Blueberry Compote made with blueberries & @sweetfreedomuk Light Syrup
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 160 Celsius (fan).
Mix the ingredients except the oats and blueberries together and then add them in once the liquids have been mixed. Combine well. Transfer to an ovenproof ramekin or bowl.
Bake for 25-30 mins until cooked and the liquid has absorbed.
Allow to cool for a few minutes and top with blueberry yoghurt, blueberry compote and blueberry almond butter.
