Apple Pie Almond Butter Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 55g Moma Foods Jumbo Rolled Oats, ground into flour
  • 1 banana, mashed to a purée
  • 30g Awesome Supps Vanilla Vegan Protein (if you’re not using protein powder, add 2 tsp of low cal liquid sweetener or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 tsp Naturya Maca Powder (optional)
  • 120ml Alpro Unsweetened Almond Milk if not using protein powder, and 150ml if using protein
  • 20g Nush Foods Natural Almond Milk Yoghurt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Dr. Oetker Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Linwoods Health Foods Milled Flaxseed
  • 1/4 tsp Organic Burst True Cinnamon

Cinnamon apples

  • 1/2 Apple, diced
  • 2 tsp Sweet Freedom UK Liquid Syrup
  • Pinch of Organic Burst True Cinnamon

Toppings

  • 15g Pip and Nut Smooth Almond Butter

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 Celsius (fan).

  2. In a pan, mix together the ingredients for the cinnamon apples and cook on a medium heat for 4-5 minutes until slightly soft.

  3. Mix the ingredients for the baked oats.

  4. Once mixed, fold in most of the cinnamon apples.

  5. Transfer to an ovenproof ramekin or bowl.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

  7. Top with remaining cinnamon apples and almond butter.
