Vegan Cherry Yogurt Bowl with Homemade Granola

Ingredients

Cherry yogurt mixture

  • 150g Nush Foods Natural Almond Milk Yoghurt
  • 70g frozen cherries
  • 15ml Sweet Freedom UK Cinnamon Syrup

Granola

  • 40g Moma Foods Jumbo Porridge Oats
  • 15ml Sweet Freedom UK Choc Shot
  • 5ml coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Organic Burst True Cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings

  • Sweet Freedom UK Choc Shot
  • Fresh cherries

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the Choc Shot and coconut oil.

  3. Add the cinnamon and salt and mix again.

  4. Add the oats and coat them with the mixture.

  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes on a lined baking tray and allow to cool.

  6. Heat the cherries and cinnamon syrup on a pan or in the microwave until softened.

  7. Once soft, mash the cherries using a fork and allow to cool.

  8. Mix the softened cherries and some of the cherry syrup into the yoghurt.

  9. Top with the granola, Choc Shot and fresh cherries.
