Vegan Cherry Yogurt Bowl with Homemade Granola
Ingredients
Cherry yogurt mixture
- 150g Nush Foods Natural Almond Milk Yoghurt
- 70g frozen cherries
- 15ml Sweet Freedom UK Cinnamon Syrup
Granola
- 40g Moma Foods Jumbo Porridge Oats
- 15ml Sweet Freedom UK Choc Shot
- 5ml coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Organic Burst True Cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Toppings
- Sweet Freedom UK Choc Shot
- Fresh cherries
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a bowl, mix together the Choc Shot and coconut oil.
Add the cinnamon and salt and mix again.
Add the oats and coat them with the mixture.
Bake for 10-15 minutes on a lined baking tray and allow to cool.
Heat the cherries and cinnamon syrup on a pan or in the microwave until softened.
Once soft, mash the cherries using a fork and allow to cool.
Mix the softened cherries and some of the cherry syrup into the yoghurt.
Top with the granola, Choc Shot and fresh cherries.
