Homemade Vegan Granola with Dates and Banana
Ingredients
Liquids
- 5 dates
- 1 small banana
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 dl plant milk
- 1 tsp salt
Dry mix
- 3 dl oats
- 3 dl muesli
- 1 dl pumpkin seeds
- 1 dl coconut flakes
- 2 dl nuts (I used almonds & hazelnuts)
- 0.5 dl flaxseeds
Preparation
Blend everything together in a food processor until you have a smooth liquid. Set aside.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Pour the liquid on top and stir everything well together.
Pour the granola on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius. Stir the granola a few times in between so it doesn’t burn.
Add the granola to a jar when it's done. Enjoy!
