Homemade Christmas Spiced Granola

Ingredients

Dry

  • 2 dl oats
  • 1 dl almonds
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 dl dried apple
  • 1 dl raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • Pinch of salt

Liquid

  • 5 dates
  • 0.5 dl oat milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Roughly chop the almonds and then add all the dry ingredients to a bowl, except the dried fruit, and stir until everything is well combined.

  2. Blend the liquid ingredients together in a blender until you get a smooth date sauce.

  3. Add the sauce to the dry ingredients and combine everything together.

  4. Spread out the granola on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 150 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring in between.

  5. When the granola is done, add the dried fruit to the mix and then let everything cool down before storing it in a jar.
