Easy Homemade Breakfast Granola with Raspberries

Ingredients

  • 85 gr Frozen raspberries
  • 150 gr Oats
  • 45 gr Date syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Almonds

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.

  2. Slice the almonds and combine all the ingredients into a bowl. Use your hands to stir (the mixture will be sticky).

  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes. Turn on the fan-assisted option and bake for 20 minutes more, stirring every once in a while to prevent burning.

  5. Once cooled down, it will become crunchier. Prepare with plant-based milk or yoghurt and serve.
