Vegan Creamy Lemon Linguine

Ingredients

  • 8 oz garlic hummus
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened nut milk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Dash of black pepper
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Preparation

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions.

  2. Blend together the garlic hummus, unsweetened nut milk, lemon juice, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon zest.

  3. Add the blended sauce to the cooked pasta.

  4. Garnish with parsley and pea pods and serve.
