Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup cooked peas
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- 1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Toppings
- extra peas
- black pepper
- hemp seeds
Preparation
In a food processor, add the ingredients and blitz until you have a creamy consistency.
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
