Baked Salmon with Vegetables and Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • oil
  • favorite spice
  • broccoli
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 small potatoes
  • 1/2 small cauliflower
  • mayonnaise
  • favorite spices

Preparation

  1. Bake salmon with oil and favorite spice, and broccoli tossed in oil, salt, and pepper at 400°F for 20 minutes.

  2. Boil 4 small potatoes and half a small cauliflower until soft, then drain and mash with mayonnaise and favorite spices.
