BBQ Jackfruit with Optional Baked Beans
Ingredients
- 1 tin of jackfruit
- 1 onion
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1/2 veg stock cube
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 3/4 cup-1 cup BBQ sauce
- Optional: 1 tin baked beans
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a slow cooker and cook on low for several hours.
Add the baked beans half an hour before serving.
