Easy Beany Chilli Slow Cooker Meal

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tins mixed beans
  • 1 tin sweetcorn
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 200ml water
  • 1 tbsp tomato purée
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 vegetable stock cube

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker.

  2. Cook on high for 5 hours.

  3. Alternatively, cook in a saucepan until the sauce thickens.

  4. Mash an avocado.

  5. Grate cheese.

  6. Open a packet of wraps.

  7. Serve the chilli with the prepared accompaniments.
