Bowl of Beany Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2-3 garlic cloves, chopped
- Beans, lentils or a meat replacement
- 400g tomato passata or chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- Pinch of chilli flakes
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- A big splash of milk
Preparation
Fry the onion in a frying pan for five minutes
Add the garlic and fry for another minute
Add the beans/lentils/cooked fake meat and spices. Fry for a minute
Add al the remaining ingredients and leave to simmer until the sauce is thicker (about 5-10 minutes)
