Easy Cashew Topping for Plant-Based Kitchen

Ingredients

  • 20g cashew nuts
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a mixer.

  2. Do not mix for too long to avoid it becoming buttery.

  3. Use as a topping on pasta, baguette with oil and tomatoes, or any dish needing more flavor and texture.
