Easy Cashew Topping for Plant-Based Kitchen
Ingredients
- 20g cashew nuts
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons rosemary
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a mixer.
Do not mix for too long to avoid it becoming buttery.
Use as a topping on pasta, baguette with oil and tomatoes, or any dish needing more flavor and texture.
