Rosemary Sea Salt Maple Syrup Roasted Nuts

Ingredients

  • 3 cups raw unsalted mixed nuts
  • 1 egg white or 2 Tbs aquafaba
  • 2 1/2 Tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 Tbs flaxseed
  • 3 Tbs millet
  • 1 1/2 Tbs rosemary chopped (or thyme or marjoram)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray.

  2. Whisk the egg white or aquafaba until frothy.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine well to coat.

  4. Spread out evenly on a baking tray and bake for about 25 minutes until the nuts start to brown.

  5. Allow to cool to crunch.
