Rosemary Sea Salt Maple Syrup Roasted Nuts
Ingredients
- 3 cups raw unsalted mixed nuts
- 1 egg white or 2 Tbs aquafaba
- 2 1/2 Tbs maple syrup
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 Tbs flaxseed
- 3 Tbs millet
- 1 1/2 Tbs rosemary chopped (or thyme or marjoram)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray.
Whisk the egg white or aquafaba until frothy.
Add the rest of the ingredients and combine well to coat.
Spread out evenly on a baking tray and bake for about 25 minutes until the nuts start to brown.
Allow to cool to crunch.
