Easy Vegan Bolognese with Pasta
Ingredients
- 400g gluten-free pasta
- 250g vegan mince
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 200-400g water
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 50g red balsamic vinegar
- 1 shot agave syrup
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
In a large pan, sauté the onion and garlic over medium heat until softened and fragrant.
Add the vegan mince and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned.
Stir in the canned tomatoes, water, red balsamic vinegar, agave syrup, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
Drain the pasta and serve it topped with the vegan Bolognese sauce.
