Fried Gnocchi with Green Vegetables and Pink Pesto
Ingredients
- Gnocchi
- A little oil
- Broccoli
- Edamame beans
- Courgette
- Onion
- Garlic
- Sliced Quorn
- Tesco pink pesto
Preparation
Boil the gnocchi according to package instructions, then drain.
Fry the drained gnocchi in a little oil until chewy.
Add broccoli, edamame beans, courgette, onion, garlic, and sliced Quorn; sauté until softened.
Stir in the Tesco pink pesto and heat through before serving.
Tips
Frying the gnocchi changes its texture from soft to chewy.
