Fried Gnocchi with Green Vegetables and Pink Pesto

Ingredients

  • Gnocchi
  • A little oil
  • Broccoli
  • Edamame beans
  • Courgette
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Sliced Quorn
  • Tesco pink pesto

Preparation

  1. Boil the gnocchi according to package instructions, then drain.

  2. Fry the drained gnocchi in a little oil until chewy.

  3. Add broccoli, edamame beans, courgette, onion, garlic, and sliced Quorn; sauté until softened.

  4. Stir in the Tesco pink pesto and heat through before serving.

Tips

  1. Frying the gnocchi changes its texture from soft to chewy.
