Juicy Pan-Fried Pork Chops with Spicy Mash

Ingredients

  • pork chops
  • fine salt
  • olive oil

Spicy mashed potatoes

  • potatoes
  • butter
  • chili pepper

Preparation

  1. Dry both sides of the pork chop well.

  2. Add fine salt with plenty of anticipation.
