Stuffed Turkey Rolls with Peppers and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 AMA-certified turkey cutlets
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 50 grams Gouda cheese

Preparation

  1. Cut the peppers and Gouda lengthwise.

  2. Arrange them side by side and roll up with the turkey. Secure with toothpicks.

  3. Fry the turkey rolls on low heat in a covered pan on all sides.

  4. Allow to cool and slice into pieces.

  5. Season to taste.
