Matcha Green Tea Coconut Ice Cream Treat

Ingredients

  • 3 scoops plant-based coconut ice cream
  • 120 ml plant-based milk
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground coconut

Preparation

  1. Mix 1.5 teaspoons of the matcha with the milk using a bamboo whisk or shake in a shaker.

  2. Scoop the ice cream into a bowl.

  3. Slowly pour the matcha sauce on top.

  4. Mix the remaining matcha with the ground coconut.

  5. Sprinkle the mixture on top.
