Coconut Matcha Cheesecake Slices

Ingredients

Base

  • 4 scoops TOASTED COCONUT protein powder @310nutrition
  • 1/4 cup cashew/almond butter
  • 7 Tbsp water

Matcha filling

  • 1/2 cup banana smashed (or apple sauce)
  • 1/4 cup coconut butter
  • 1 scoop TOASTED COCONUT protein powder @310nutrition
  • 1-2 tsp matcha powder

Preparation

  1. Mix the base ingredients until you can form a dough. If it’s too dry, add a bit more water or maple syrup if desired.

  2. Press the base dough firmly into a dish pan with parchment paper and set aside.

  3. Mix all the filling ingredients until very smooth. Add a bit of water or maple syrup for a smoother filling if needed.

  4. Pour the filling on top of the base.

  5. Sprinkle some shredded coconut on top, if desired.

  6. Leave in the refrigerator until it has a firmer consistency.

  7. When it’s ready, slice into small squares.
