Raspberry and Pomegranate Filled Chocolates

Ingredients

  • Pomegranate juice powder
  • 100g raspberries
  • 50g blueberries
  • 200g 80% vegan chocolate

Preparation

  1. Cook raspberries and blueberries over medium heat with a little water.

  2. Turn off the heat, let cool, and add the pomegranate juice powder.

  3. Freeze for 5 hours.

  4. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and coat the jam pieces.

  5. Let cool.
