Raspberry and Pomegranate Filled Chocolates
Ingredients
- Pomegranate juice powder
- 100g raspberries
- 50g blueberries
- 200g 80% vegan chocolate
Preparation
Cook raspberries and blueberries over medium heat with a little water.
Turn off the heat, let cool, and add the pomegranate juice powder.
Freeze for 5 hours.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and coat the jam pieces.
Let cool.
