Vegan Gluten-Free Cookie Dough Balls
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup nut or seed butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
Preparation
Mix together the nut or seed butter, maple syrup, applesauce, and vanilla until smooth.
Add the flour and salt, and stir to combine.
Fold in the dark chocolate.
Scoop or roll into balls.
Refrigerate for an hour or so until firm.
