3 Ingredient Fluffy Scones

Ingredients

  • 3 cups self raising flour
  • 1 cup coconut whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup soda water
  • 1 tsp rose water extract
  • 1 tsp ground cardamon -

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 220°c

  2. In a bowl add flour

  3. In a separate bowl add coconut cream and soda water

  4. Lightly stir

  5. Make a well in the flour and gradually add wet mixture, along with any extra add ins, folding in with a knife until a dough is formed

  6. Roll out dough on a floured surface and cut into desired shapes

  7. Place on a tray close together and bake for 15 minutes

  8. Once cooled store in an airtight container for up to 5 days

  9. Can be frozen

  10. Makes 10 scones
