3 Ingredient Fluffy Scones
Ingredients
- 3 cups self raising flour
- 1 cup coconut whipping cream
- 1/2 cup soda water
- 1 tsp rose water extract
- 1 tsp ground cardamon -
Preparation
Preheat oven to 220°c
In a bowl add flour
In a separate bowl add coconut cream and soda water
Lightly stir
Make a well in the flour and gradually add wet mixture, along with any extra add ins, folding in with a knife until a dough is formed
Roll out dough on a floured surface and cut into desired shapes
Place on a tray close together and bake for 15 minutes
Once cooled store in an airtight container for up to 5 days
Can be frozen
Makes 10 scones
