Another Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c avocado oil
  • 1/4 c coconut aminos
  • 1 oz dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp pepper .

Preparation

  1. Toss 4-8 cups veggies, 1/2-1 (1-2 C) 1

  2. The above sauce is enough for the larger portion listed

  3. Spread out on 1-2 rimmed baking sheets and bake at 400°F for about 30 minutes
