Another Sheet Pan Dinner
Ingredients
- 1/3 c avocado oil
- 1/4 c coconut aminos
- 1 oz dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper .
Preparation
Toss 4-8 cups veggies, 1/2-1 (1-2 C) 1
The above sauce is enough for the larger portion listed
Spread out on 1-2 rimmed baking sheets and bake at 400°F for about 30 minutes
