Chocolate Chip Brownie Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
Coating
- Chocolate chips for coating
Preparation
Combine the cream cheese and coconut sugar using a stand mixer or hand mixer, then slowly add the cacao powder.
Scoop the batter into a small bowl, shape it into a ball with a rubber spatula, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Add the chocolate chips to a plate, drop the cheese ball on top, and roll or use your hands to coat it.
Enjoy with cookies, graham crackers, pretzels, marshmallows, or other dippers.
