Easy Cupcakes with Cream Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup corn oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Frosting
- 100 grams cream cheese, soft
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
Decoration
- Colored candy
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, corn oil, and vanilla extract.
Combine the wet and dry mixtures until just blended.
Spoon the batter into the cupcake liners.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the cupcakes cool completely.
For the frosting, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
Spread or pipe the frosting onto the cooled cupcakes.
Decorate with colored candy.
