Healthy Raw Vegan Gluten-Free Brownies
Ingredients
- 8 fresh dates
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 0.5 cup cacao powder
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 0.5 cup oat milk
Frosting
- 100g (4oz) vegan dark chocolate
Preparation
Add all of the ingredients for the base into a bowl.
Use your hands to mix the dough together, or use a mixer or blender.
Place the dough in a breadform (a 30cm breadform was used).
Keep in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Melt the vegan chocolate and spread it over the brownie batter.
Keep in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving.
