No-Bake Spaghetti Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients

Cream

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 500 g quark (20% fat)
  • 130 g powdered sugar
  • 2 packets vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 200 g heavy cream

Strawberry puree

  • 300 g fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • white chocolate couverture

Preparation

  1. Mix mascarpone, quark, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice together

  2. Whip the heavy cream until stiff and fold into the mixture

  3. For the strawberry puree, mix strawberries with lemon juice and powdered sugar and puree until smooth with an immersion blender (thaw frozen strawberries first if using)

  4. Prepare six 125-ml glasses and fill with the cream mixture

  5. Top with strawberry puree

  6. Grate white chocolate couverture over the top with a household grater

  7. Chill until serving
