Single Serve Zaatar Babka
Ingredients
- 50g plain flour
- 30g unsweetened soy yogurt
- 1 tablespoon zaatar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- A squeeze of lemon
- A pinch of baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
Mix the flour, yogurt, a squeeze of lemon, a pinch of baking powder, and a pinch of salt to form the dough.
Roll out the dough, spread the zaatar and olive oil mixture over it, roll it up, and twist it into the babka shape
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes until crisp.
