Vegan Herby Soft Cheese
Ingredients
- Soy milk
- Lemon juice
Optional additions
- Spices
- Herbs
Preparation
Bring soy milk to a boil.
Remove from heat and immediately add lemon juice.
Let it sit for a few minutes.
Strain through a sieve or colander to separate the curds.
For the herby version, add spices and herbs, then refrigerate, optionally under pressure, to firm up.
