Garlic Sweet Potato Fries with Sriracha Aioli
Ingredients
- sliced sweet potatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon sriracha
- juice of 1/4 lime
Preparation
Toss sliced sweet potato in garlic powder and smoked paprika.
Bake at 450°F for 25 minutes or until fork tender and crisp.
Meanwhile, whisk together vegan mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice.
Serve together and enjoy.
