Garlic Sweet Potato Fries with Sriracha Aioli

Ingredients

  • sliced sweet potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon sriracha
  • juice of 1/4 lime

Preparation

  1. Toss sliced sweet potato in garlic powder and smoked paprika.

  2. Bake at 450°F for 25 minutes or until fork tender and crisp.

  3. Meanwhile, whisk together vegan mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice.

  4. Serve together and enjoy.
