Sticky Teriyaki Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1/2tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp granulated erythritol
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 200g extra firm tofu, chunks

Preparation

  1. Simply whisk together all ingredients minus the tofu, until the sweetener has dissolved. Soak the tofu in the marinade for around 10 minutes (stir occasionally)

  2. Heat a non-stick pan on a medium high heat with a dash of oil. Add the tofu and the remaining sauce and fry until crispy on each side (approx. 10 minutes in total)

  3. Serve with your choice of noodles/brown rice and stir fry veg for a quick but delicious meal
