Vegan Peanut Sauce with Veggies and Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon garlic chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
- 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1-1/4 teaspoon minced ginger
- a little water
- salt to taste
Preparation
Whisk together all ingredients until fully incorporated.
Heat the mixture on low in a small saucepan.
Add a little water and stir while heating.
Season with salt to taste.
Serve with sautéed vegetables, noodles, and desired protein for 2 servings.
