Beet Sauerkraut Avocado Toast
Ingredients
- littlenorthernbakehouse bread
- 1/2 small avocado
- a big forkful of thebrinery Beet Ginger Sauerkraut
- a few crumbles of violife_foods feta
- sprinkle of traderjoes EBTB
Preparation
Toast the bread until golden brown.
Slice the avocado.
Assemble the toast by placing sliced avocado on the toasted bread.
Add a generous amount of beet ginger sauerkraut on top.
Crumble vegan feta over the sauerkraut.
Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning (EBTB).
Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
