Beet Sauerkraut Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • littlenorthernbakehouse bread
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • a big forkful of thebrinery Beet Ginger Sauerkraut
  • a few crumbles of violife_foods feta
  • sprinkle of traderjoes EBTB

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread until golden brown.

  2. Slice the avocado.

  3. Assemble the toast by placing sliced avocado on the toasted bread.

  4. Add a generous amount of beet ginger sauerkraut on top.

  5. Crumble vegan feta over the sauerkraut.

  6. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning (EBTB).

  7. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
