Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp mugi miso
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Spinach
  • ?Oven baked cinnamon potato wedges
  • ?Sprouts
  • ?Miso glazed tofu cubes (recipe below) ?Half an avocado sprinkled with black sesame and chili flakes
  • ?Green asparagus
  • ?Fresh parsley

Preparation

  1. Pour the marinade onto the tofu cubes while stirring constantly. After about 20 seconds take the tofu out and stir again
