Ingredients
- 1 tbsp mugi miso
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- Spinach
- ?Oven baked cinnamon potato wedges
- ?Sprouts
- ?Miso glazed tofu cubes (recipe below) ?Half an avocado sprinkled with black sesame and chili flakes
- ?Green asparagus
- ?Fresh parsley
Preparation
Pour the marinade onto the tofu cubes while stirring constantly. After about 20 seconds take the tofu out and stir again
